8. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and App Store Billing

BreezeWhisper Pro is offered through Apple App Store in-app purchases, as auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase:

• Auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly / yearly): payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling: you can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store Account / Subscriptions settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Lifetime Pro: a one-time, non-renewing purchase that unlocks the corresponding Pro features long-term.
• Pricing: the prices shown in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase apply.
• Refunds: refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies; please request them through Apple.

Apps downloaded from the App Store are also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (view); for the App Store version, Apple's EULA prevails in case of any conflict with these Terms.
