9. App Store Version, Subscriptions, and Payments

The Mac App Store version of BreezeWhisper performs all speech transcription locally on your device. It does not collect or upload any personal data, and contains no third-party analytics or tracking. Specifically:

• Your audio, video, and transcription results stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers;
• Transcription model files are downloaded on demand from Hugging Face (or the ModelScope mirror in mainland China); only model data is downloaded — no personal information is sent;
• Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information (such as card numbers); subscription status is validated on-device using receipts provided by Apple;
• No account registration is required to use the app.
